Their mission is to lead the digital transformation towards an Emotion Economy. Moodme offers advanced analytics and insights into human emotions, enabling data-informed decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and boost engagement. Through innovative VR/AR solutions, they help businesses create more meaningful and emotionally resonant interactions with their customers.
Summary
At Moodme, I joined a talented team of UX designers tasked with iterating and modernizing the company’s outdated website. Our goal was to create a more engaging and user-friendly online presence that reflected Moodme’s innovative VR/AR capabilities and mission to lead in the Emotion Economy. My role involved collaborating on comprehensive user research, wireframing new designs, and testing prototypes to ensure a seamless user experience. The redesign resulted in a contemporary website that effectively showcases Moodme’s cutting-edge solutions and commitment to privacy, ultimately enhancing user engagement and aligning with the company’s vision.
The project at Moodme marked a significant step forward in revitalizing the company’s digital presence. By iterating on the antiquated website, our team was able to infuse it with modern design elements and user-centric features that better reflect Moodme’s innovative VR/AR offerings and commitment to privacy. However, our journey is far from complete. There are still crucial usability studies and user interviews to be conducted to fine-tune the design and ensure it meets the evolving needs of our users. This ongoing process will help Moodme continue to deliver a seamless and emotionally engaging online experience, further solidifying its position as a leader in the Emotion Economy.
